Free Trial Extension for CalGamesWanted

The current free trial period for CalGamesWanted, originally set to end on December 31, 2025, will be extended to DECEMBER 31, 2026 to ensure all high school coaches have a fair opportunity to experience the full value of the platform. Because CalGamesWanted is designed specifically to support coaches throughout an entire scheduling cycle, many coaches have not yet been able to utilize the system during the critical periods when games are scheduled.

To make sure every coach can evaluate the program under real scheduling conditions, the Free Trial will remain in effect until a sufficient number of coaches have had the chance to experience CalGamesWanted for a complete scheduling cycle (hopefully by December 2026). This approach allows for meaningful feedback, ensures equitable access, and supports the goal of improving the platform based on real-world use.

By extending the trial, we aim to give coaches confidence in the system before any subscription decisions are made, while also promoting a stronger, more collaborative scheduling environment across California high school sports.
